Delroy McLean Joins Paramount Trading Board

Paramount Trading (Jamaica) Limited strengthened its Board of Directors in 2025 with the appointment of experienced business and technology leader Delroy McLean.
McLean’s appointment became effective November 15, 2025, following the successful passage of the resolution for his election and appointment at Paramount Trading Jamaica’s Annual General Meeting.
More Than Three Decades of Leadership Experience
McLean brings more than 30 years of experience in innovation, operations, technology and strategic business growth across the Caribbean’s enterprise ICT and telecommunications sectors.
As a former senior executive at Liberty Business Jamaica, he led cross-functional teams spanning engineering, product development, commercial strategy and operations while supporting business growth and organisational resilience.
Prior to Liberty, McLean held a senior role at Fujitsu Caribbean, where he led enterprise technology engagements across industries including finance, government and telecommunications.
His experience also includes the design and delivery of complex infrastructure solutions, large-scale digital transformation projects and the development of technology platforms supporting mission-critical operations across the region.
Adding Technology and Strategy Expertise to the Board
McLean brings a combination of technical knowledge and commercial leadership to Paramount Trading Jamaica’s Board at a time when the company continues to strengthen its operations and pursue new opportunities for growth.
His experience in digital transformation, infrastructure, commercial strategy and regional business development adds another area of expertise to the company’s governance and strategic leadership.
Paramount said it expects McLean’s experience and perspective at Board level to contribute to the company’s future growth and development.
